I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a licensed professional teacher with a diverse and adaptable professional background. I have over five years of experience in customer service and three years as a case manager and settlement coordinator, where I developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I currently work as a paralegal, where I conduct client consultations and provide regular updates, ensuring clear communication and efficient case handling.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching short reels during my free time and spending weekends on relaxing joyrides with my partner, which helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
